Assignment

 

  • The creation of a conference meant to inspire women, build confidence, gain skills and knowledge, strengthen connections and learn of new paths of successful growing through international trade. The conference covers a wide range of topics- from global trade effect on opportunities for women, to career advice and travel tips.

 

  • To increase the awareness of international business opportunities for women, as well as develop international entrepreneurship and leadership expertise.

 

  • To outline the content of the conference and recruit globally renowned speakers for the inaugural conference, in addition to  several local women business leaders to represent a regional perspective

 

  • To highlight DFW airport as a premier international gateway to the world for women, by hosting the conference at the Grand Hyatt in DFW.

 

Overall Accomplishment

 

         Establishment of annual conference event to the mutual benefit of the ISBDC and DFW airport. Attended speakers included experts and authors on international areas such as microfinance and studying abroad, in addition to local women leaders.

         Conference attendance overcomes expectations of the ITC...

         Post conference survey demonstrated the need of business seminars like this and the high degree of satisfaction with the conference content and speakers.

         As a result of the great success of the conference the ITC is planning to hold this event on regular bases, and expanded nationally.

Assignment

Develop local and international Public Relations strategy to position the DFW International Airport as a world-class leader to current and future travelers, influencers, industry partners and regulators via $2.6 Billion Capital Development Project.  ATS’s leadership role has been to create an integrated public relations campaign to target the local and International Hispanic community, as well as the domestic general market.

 

Our services include strategic planning and consultation, project management, media relations, media reporting and measurements, crisis communications, event coordination and community relations activities.

 

Since May 2004 ATS has been assisting DFW International Airport in numerous projects and events, generating successful media coverage at local, national and international level.  Some of the most important events were:

 

         The opening of new DFW USO center on May 26

         Banker’s Media Event

         DFW’s New Terminal Concessions event

         “World of Wings Event”. Texas’s newest and most diverse public art program

         DFW International Airport New Terminal First Media Tour

         Travelocity Gnome Media Coverage

         Holiday Helpers Event

         TSA Summer Travel

         The Opening of International Terminal D.

         Among others.

 

Overall Accomplishment

Promoted broader participation of DFW Airport in minority community affairs.

 

Developed strong relationship with the Hispanic media to create successful media coverage at local, national and international level.
